A BIT ABOUT ME....

I don't work for people. I work with them. (Also — fair warning — I laugh a lot during sessions. This is serious work. It doesn't have to feel serious.)

​

This work matters to me because I know what it feels like to build a life around someone else's blueprint — and I know what it feels like to finally put it down. I don't want anyone to spend more time than they have to in that gap.

​

I hold two degrees in Interpersonal & Organizational Communications and a Master's in Conflict Analysis and Resolution — but most of what I actually know, I learned in the room. Standing in front of a crowd as a speaker across dozens of engagements. Sitting behind a CRM at midnight trying to figure out why a pipeline wasn't converting. Building an event from a blank page because nobody else was going to build it for me.

At George Mason University, I spent years across enrollment management, partnership development, and student engagement — building recruitment strategy off real data, not guesswork, and living inside enterprise and CRM systems (Salesforce, TargetX, Banner, Navigate360) most people only ever see from the outside. I designed and executed events and workshops at every scale, from a single classroom conversation to full campus programming, and I said yes to nearly every invitation to speak, because I've always believed the right words at the right moment can move a room.

My signature project, though, was the Visit Experience Initiative — a program I built from scratch that grew from 17 students a session to 60–100+, engaging over 500 students a term. It became so popular I had to build entirely new capacity and planning systems just to keep up with demand. That's not a program. That's a movement — and it taught me the thing I bring into every consultation now: most transformation doesn't start with a brand-new idea. It starts with someone finally paying real attention to what's already working, and building on it, on purpose.

My real training, though, is in how relationships and systems break — and how to rebuild them. I've implemented restorative justice practices in the Arlington community, supported first-generation professionals entering unfamiliar workplaces, and designed simulations for humanitarian workers, because some problems are too important to walk past.

​

That same instinct shows up in how I serve my own faith community. I've served in — and helped develop — multiple ministry capacities over the years, including connections, hospitality, youth, and outreach, because building people up doesn't stop being the work just because it's Sunday.

​

Everything I do — every strategy, every event, every hard conversation — is rooted in my faith in Jesus Christ and move on the verse that in Him I live, move, and have my being. I view this work as stewardship: showing up with excellence, compassion, wisdom, and the kind of encouragement that makes people believe they were built for more than they've settled for.
